"Support was fine, but could’ve been smoother"
I ended up having to reach out to customer support twice. The first response took longer than I was hoping, and the answer wasn’t super clear at first, but they were polite and did eventually help me figure things out. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t exactly leave me feeling confident either. I was just relieved to get it resolved in the end.

"I’ve been using the People Power..."
I’ve been using the People Power app for a while now, and overall it’s been dependable. In my experience, it opens without trouble, the alerts come through like they should, and I haven’t dealt with random crashes or surprise logouts like I have with a few other smart home apps.
The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is that it can be a little slow to load or refresh devices sometimes, especially on my older phone. It’s not a dealbreaker, just mildly frustrating when I’m trying to check something quickly. For everyday use though, it’s been solid and easy to rely on

"Super easy to get started"
Setup was way quicker than I thought it’d be. I didn’t really have to fiddle with much, and the site was easy to figure out after clicking around a bit. Had everything up and running sooner than expected, so yeah, no compliants from me

"Alerts don’t really show up when I need them"
Maybe I’m not checking my phone at the perfect time or I’ve got my settings wrong somehow, but the alerts seem late and not very accurate for me. I expected them to be more reliable.

"Seems to work fine with my setup"
I hooked it up to my sensors and smart plugs, and it all connected without any weird hassle. Everything showed up in one place quickly, which is kind of what you hope for with this stuff, right? So far I’m happy with it.

"Didn't feel worth the price to me"
It works fine, so I can’t say it’s bad. But my quick gut-check was basically: for this price, I expected more. I kept comparing it to cheaper stuff I’ve bought, and it just didn’t feel like enough of an upgrade to justify the money.
